This website is operated by NPP Residential Ltd, the official sales and marketing partner for Imperial Exchange. NPP Residential Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 10414838, with its registered office at Mynshull House, 78 Churchgate, Stockport, Cheshire, England, SK1 1YJ.

What we collect

When you submit an enquiry form we collect:

• your name, email address and phone number
• the type of apartment you are interested in, if you choose one
• your consent to be contacted
• the page you enquired from, the website that referred you, the time of your enquiry, and any campaign tags in the link you used (for example, UTM tags or ad click IDs)

If you call or email us, we keep a record of that conversation.

How we use it

• to send you the Imperial Exchange investment pack, pricing and floor plans
• to contact you about Imperial Exchange by email, phone or WhatsApp
• to understand which campaigns and websites bring us enquiries
• to keep a record of enquiries and reservations

Our lawful basis

We contact you about Imperial Exchange on the basis of the consent you give when you tick the box on our forms. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing us or replying to any message. We keep a basic record of your enquiry on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to it and keeping accurate sales records.

Who we share it with

We do not sell or share your data. Your enquiry is stored in our own CRM and used only by the NPP Residential team.

Our website host, Netlify, Inc., receives form submissions on our behalf before they reach our CRM. We would only disclose your data to anyone else if the law required us to.

Netlify may process data in the United States. Where data leaves the UK, we rely on approved safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Addendum or the UK–US data bridge.

How long we keep it

We keep your data on file until you ask us to delete it. You can ask at any time by emailing sales@nppresidential.co.uk, and we will remove it from our records.

Your rights

You have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to ask for it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. Email sales@nppresidential.co.uk to use any of these rights. We will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Cookies

This website does not currently use cookies or tracking pixels. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will ask for your permission first and update this policy.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
